Chef Adam Reitsma
At Allianz Field, we set the stage for great moments that combine America’s fastest growing team sport with cuisine crafted for a great culinary experience. Our chefs, bartenders and servers are here to make sure that the menu items that you will be enjoying are mindful, nourishing, fun and will be part of creating memories for years to come. My years of experience, passion and education in hospitality and culinary arts have prepared me to develop innovative fresh cuisine that you’ll want to share with your family and friends. Notable Accomplishments
Opened U.S. Bank Stadium, where he managed food service for world-class events, including Super Bowl LII, the NCAA Men’s Final Four, and the ESPN Summer EGames. Worked with Chef Bryan Moscatello to open Harvester Kitchen in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Most recently, worked as the Executive Chef of Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky.
